Named after the famous hotel of Singapore, the Raffles villa-studded resort opens onto a beautiful white-sand beach set on 121 hectares (299 acres). It is the latest reincarnation of the Carenage Bay Club, which was once hailed as one of the grandest and most luxurious resorts in the southern Caribbean.
